Are tours suitable for children?
Most Australian Pinnacle Tours are suitable for children aged 4-12 years and child rates are available. Please read the notes section in each tour prior to booking your child on a tour.
How much luggage can I bring?
Australian Pinnacle Tours’ coach luggage capacity will vary depending on the tour.
Day Tours: Hand luggage only.
Short Break Tours: A luggage limit of 15kg per person applies (soft bag or backpack).
What should I bring?
On Australian Pinnacle Tours we advise you to bring comfortable non-slip sturdy walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, beach towel, small water bottle, camera and a warm jumper/wind proof jacket. Please see individual itineraries for specific items such as bathers.
What will I eat?
Australian Pinnacle Tours understand that great food contributes to a great holiday. That is why we provide fresh, healthy meals and are also happy to cater for special medical dietary requirements on request and with advance notice. Please advise your preference at time of booking. We utilise local suppliers and also incorporate a range of tastings i.e. chocolate, cheese and wine in Western Australia’s renowned gourmet food and wine regions.
How fit do I need to be?
Most of Australian Pinnacle Tours are suitable for any fitness level. We encourage you to be fit enough to make the most of the experiences on offer. Please note that for the safety of all passengers, we reserve the right to ask passengers to refrain from some activities. Please read the itinerary for your tour, if you have any queries regarding your fitness level please discuss at time of booking.
Do I have to participate in all tour activities?
Australian Pinnacle Tours are completely flexible as to what activities you take part in but we do encourage you to participate in as much as you can to get the most out of the tour.
What style of accommodation can I expect?
Australian Pinnacle Tours extended tours offer a great range of comfortable accommodation chosen for their friendly hospitality, room quality, convenient location and delicious meals. All accommodation has private facilities (unless otherwise stated) and is generally in the 3-4-star range.
What is the climate like in Australia?
Australia is a large country with weather conditions varying considerably from one region to another. You can expect high temperatures in the Summer (Dec-Feb) and lower temperatures at night and during the Australian winter (Jun-Aug), when conditions can change quickly. It is important to come prepared for all weather conditions and always adhere to your guide’s advice in extreme weather conditions.
